News is floating with a message says that Ilaya Thalapathi Vijay has sold his house in Saligramam. It was his family home for a long time before he built the luxury country villa in the upscale area of Neelankarai.

Though the real reason for selling the house is knot known, sources say it is on the advice of a family astrologer. The house has been now purchased by music director Vijay Antony.

As `Kavalan' is facing unforeseen complications and the concerned people are groping to settle issues this news has surprised many.

Vijay is currently in USA on a pleasure cum business trip. He will promote `Kavalan' and also take a much deserved holiday while in NA for the next few weeks.
