Here's the latest on Ilayathalapathy Vijay. While recent reports have stated that Vijay is to replace Simbu in Lingusamy's next, the actor himself has denied the same to CT.
A source close to Vijay says, "It's true that about six months ago, Vijay agreed to do a film with Lingusamy when the right script comes his way. But, there' s no way he is going to step into a film, which was originally written keeping in mind the image of another actor." The source also added that though Vijay is busy with Kaval Kadhal and Velayudham, he would not compromise on his `superstar status' by doing too many films at a time.
