They chilled our spines and they stuck us in absolute horror in Yaavarum Nalam. They are back again, this time to tickle our funny bones. Yes, director Vikram Kumar and Madhavan will come together again for a film titled Adirshtasali. This film will be a full-length comedy caper and is produced by Durai Dayanidhi Azhagiri and Vivek Karunakaran of Cloud Nine Productions.
Revealing nothing but the genre, Vikram Kumar says, "This will be a comedy entertainer with some twists in the plot." Adding more on this project, the filmmaker conveys that the film will take off once Madhavan completes shooting for Lingusamy's Vettai. This film brings back Lingusamy and Maddy together and it's worth mentioning that their yesteryear film Run was a mega blockbuster.
Vikram Kumar is busy now finalizing the cast and crew for the film. Since the film will be made simultaneously in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil, he is on pursuit of actress, who has immense popularity across in all these regional film industries. He was earlier reported of wielding megaphone for a sci-fi thriller with Vijay in lead role. It was revealed that A.M. Rathnam of Sri Suriya Movies is to produce the film and it seems the project is postponed due to Vijay's busy schedules with other films Kaavalan and Velayudham.
Meanwhile buzzes are that Vikram Kumar has approached a leading Telugu actor for a bilingual movie, which is yet to be confirmed.
