Ilayathalapathy Vijay will start the tamil remake of Malayalam movie Body Guard as his 51st film. Directed by Siddique, the film cast Vijay and Asin in the lead roles. Vijay will play the role done by Dileep while Asin is going to do Nayanthara's role in the Malayalam original. Director Siddique has made some minor changes in the Tamil version to suit Vijay's style.

Director Siddique is now on the look out for a suitable Tamil title for the film. The shooting of this film will start from April 7th as per sources. Siddique and Vijay worked together long back for their film Friends, which was also a Malayalam film in original.

Speaking about this untitled film, Siddique says that it would be quite different from the original version keeping in tune with the fans' expectations. The director added that comedy will be an integral part of all his films and this would be no exception. Vijay's fans can be sure that it would be a laugh riot!
