Sun Pictures have slotted Vijay's Golden Jubilee Sura for April 23, as per trade sources. It will be officially be confirmed once the film is censored and the television promotions start.
The film will be the hottest summer release as there is a big buzz around it as it is Ilayathalapathy's 50 th film, which his fans are sure going to lap up. Vijay is teaming up with the hot and happening Tamannaah for the first time. Music of Mani Sharma has been well received in the market.
Sura will be releasing big worldwide in over 400 screens. It will also beat the Kerala ban on simultaneous release of other language films coming into force from May 1, if it manages to release on April 23.
