 If reports that are circulating in Kollywood are to be believed, the Seeman-Vijay project will begin on Gandhi Jayanthi, October 2nd, 2011. Just a few days ago there were rumors that this project will not take off as Vijay has agreed to star in various other projects and the situation now is not conducive to star in political thriller. But Vijay and Seeman seem to have other plans. The two have decided to rework on the project and make it suitable for the current political situation.
